Creating your Milestone Card Printables!

Creating your Milestone + Purposeful Play Pintables at home is simple and can be made easier with these few things!

Cardstock Paper: I don’t always use cardstock, but if you would like them to be a little more durable then this is the best option!

Laminator: This Laminator from Amazon is only around $30 and it works great! It ALSO comes with a paper cutter + corner rounder! Nearly everything you need to create your milestone cards!

Laminating sheets: This 50-pack is plenty & can be used for fun projects in the future with your little one

Metal rings: (Pro tip: use these plastic linking rings to make them safe for little fingers)

3-hole punch: I found that using a single punch was difficult with the lamination. Using a 3 hole punch makes it much easier!

For best results, follow these steps:

  • Print your cards double-sided on cardstock (if your printer doesn’t have this feature, you can print them at office supply stores like Staples)

  • Use the paper cutter to cut your cards out

  • Place 4 cards per laminating sheet & laminate (ensure ample time between laminating sheets to allow the machine to stay warm and function properly)

  • Cut your cards and use the corner rounder to make them safe for little fingers

  • Use your 3-hole punch to create a hole in the top left corner of each card

  • Line them up and insert the metal or plastic ring

  • Get down and enjoy the purposeful play with your sweet babe :)
