When should baby be rolling, crawling, and walking?

Do you find yourself frantically googling in the middle of the night worrying whether or not your baby is on track with their milestones?

I’ve been there—and let me tell you, there is a LOT of noise out there. It can be difficult to find a trusted resource for knowing what milestone ranges are factual and which aren’t. Sadly, a lot of the baby development apps have vastly incorrect milestone ranges, which leave parents feeling defeated and overwhelmed.

The toughest thing about motor milestones is that they are so VISIBLE. In an age of social media, as a parent it can be so difficult to fight that comparison. Which is why I’ve created my research-based Motor Milestone Checklist for you to use as a guide in your baby’s first years of life!

This is the same checklist I use in the clinic as a Doctor of Pediatric Physical Therapy.

You can stop googling and stop comparing to anyone else but your own baby’s progress on this chart! I hope you will find it gives you immense peace of mind that allows you to reclaim the joy in your baby’s first year!
